You're offline. The app still works — everything saves to your phone.
Find out what an hour of driving actually pays you
Platforms show you gross. Your car, your fuel, and your time are paid out of that. This works out the difference in about two minutes, and nothing you enter leaves your phone.
Put it on the record
A deactivation nobody explains, a fare that came up short, a rider who threatened you — on its own it's a bad night. Documented alongside hundreds of others, it becomes something a legislator can't wave off.
Nothing is uploaded in the background.
Reports and calculations sit on your phone until you tap send. When you do send one, it goes to the Alliance by email and is never shared with a rideshare platform in any form that could identify you.

Put it on the record
Pick what happened. Every question is optional — send what you have, even if it's only part of the picture.
How a report travels.
You fill it in here. It saves to this phone as a draft. When you tap send, your phone's own email app opens with the report already written out, addressed to the Alliance — you can read it, change it, or close it without sending. Nothing goes anywhere until you hit send in your mail app.
Sending by email shows the Alliance your email address.
That's how email works, and we'd rather say it plainly than let you find out later. Your address is never shared with any rideshare platform, for any reason. If you'd rather stay anonymous, use the copy button on the finished report and paste it into a message from an address that isn't tied to your name.
Your drafts
Before you send
Only needed because you ticked one of the boxes above.
What this form can't do.
Filing here is not a legal claim and does not appeal your deactivation with the platform — you still need to use their process and watch their deadlines. The Alliance is not a law firm and nothing here is legal advice.
Action alerts
Short notices when something needs drivers — a hearing, a comment window, a rule change. Not a news feed.

About the Alliance
A statewide coalition of North Carolina rideshare drivers, governed by a board of active drivers.
The Alliance intends to seek recognition as a 501(c)(6) business league. It does not hold that status today, and nothing given to the Alliance is a tax-deductible contribution.
It exists because of nine conditions drivers work under: not knowing what a trip pays before accepting it, real operating costs that never appear in an earnings screen, rider discounts funded out of driver pay, buying a car on projections that don't hold, deactivation with no meaningful appeal, dispatch you can't see or verify at airports and venues, physical risk with no duty of care, no public record of harm, and no individual recourse when any of it happens to you.
Everything you type stays in this phone's storage until you send it. There is no account, no login, and no background upload.
Never shared with a rideshare platform. Not your name, not your reports, not in any form — no exceptions, no matter who asks.
What can be shared is combined, de-identified numbers — how many drivers reported a deactivation with no appeal, what an average NC driver's costs look like — with legislators, regulators, and the press. Your own words are only quoted publicly if you tick that box and agree the wording afterward.

One rule that matters
Nothing here is for setting prices or organizing refusals.
Drivers are independent contractors under current law, so agreeing among ourselves on what to charge or which trips to turn down is price-fixing — and the exposure lands on individual drivers, not just the Alliance. Document what platforms do to you, all day long. Don't coordinate what drivers charge.
